Hello. Thanks for visiting. I’m a pianist, songwriter, composer and even a singer occasionally. I live in Santa Monica, California. I fell in love with music early con. Classical, pop, jazz, country tango …. you name it. I started playing pop music in biker bars in the San Fernando valley when I was sixteen. A few years later I was playing the Khachaturian Piano Concerto with a local orchestra. My teacher at the time thought I would like it. I did. Over the years I’ve performed solo and with diverse ensembles internationally: The Crystal Cathedral in Orange County, The Irvine Performing Arts Center, Nakano Sun Plaza in Tokyo, Japan, the 800 year old Schloss Porcia in Spittal, Austria and ‘Sur la Seine,’ a floating jazz club in Paris. I’ve toured extensively in the United States having performed in forty-four states of the USA.
I really like telling stories with music and video. I also enjoy making transciptions and arrangements of famous and rarely heard music.
I have French and Scandinavian ancestry. Oui oui. Skol! I hold a Bachelor of Music Degree in classical piano performance from Cal State University Northridge, where I studied piano with Françoise Regnat and participated as a vocalist for two years in David Scott’s Opera Workshop and vocal pedagogy programs. My private musical education includes: classical piano studies with Steven Gordon, Leah Effenbach, Bernardo Segal and Leonid Hambro . Masterclasses with leading international pianists including Aldo Ciccolini and Marie-Francoise Bucquet of the Paris Conservator . Jazz theory and improvisation with Dick Grove and Charlie Shoemake. Vocal training with Olga James and John Deaver.

I enjoy recording music and creating music videos with friends and colleagues locally and internationally. I really like telling stories with music and making transciptions and arrangements of famous and rarely heard music.
